Refund policy

1 – Returns and Exchanges

a. All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

b. We accept exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date, provided the items are unused, sealed, and in their original shrink-wrapped packaging.

c. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Opened, unsealed, or used items are not eligible for return or refund.

d. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required for all returns or exchanges.

e. The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: gift cards, digital downloads (including PDFs), opened games, and personal care items.

g. Items purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or shops (such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other resellers) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges through us. Please contact the original seller for support regarding those purchases.


2 – Partial Refunds / Non-Eligible Items

Partial refunds may be issued (or returns denied) for:

  • Products showing signs of use.
  • Items not in original packaging or missing components.
  • Damage not caused by our error.
  • Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery.
