Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Methods & Estimated Times

We only use secure, tracked delivery methods. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or busy periods.

Delivery Costs

  • Free delivery is available on all UK orders over £30.
  • International delivery rates will be calculated at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, cancellations or changes are not possible once an order is placed.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at hey@tryconnecting.com within 5 business days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage so our team can help you resolve the issue promptly.

Busy Periods

During promotional events or holidays, order processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.
